O R D E R

Complaining that the third respondent had misappropriated funds, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent dated 12.02.2013 seeking for a direction to take action against the third respondent.

2. The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the third respondent based on his representation and since the respondents have not considered his representation till date, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that if a specific direction is given to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, the same would be complied with.

4. Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2013 on its own merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
