O R D E R

The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the HMOP No.45 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Katpadi, Vellore and transfer the same to the learned Family Court, Chennai.

2. Both the parties have appeared in person before this Court. The respondent / husband is inclined to live with the petitioner / wife and the daughter, however there is some misunderstanding between the parties, which needs some mediation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to transfer the matter for the reason that she is residing in Chennai only for the purpose of studying, but her native is Ranipet, where the respondent / husband is also residing nearby. However, on seeing the fact that both the parties are willing to live together and due to intervention of the elderly people, there is some misunderstanding between them, it is advised that the elderly people are not to cause any intervention with the life of the petitioner and the respondent. The petitioner / wife has also filed HMOP No.

4630 of 2023 on the file of the I Additional Court, Chennai, which is ordered to be transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Katpadi and also this Court refer this matter for mediation, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre, Sub Court, Ranipet for five sittings.
