This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.T.C.No.306 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Erode, and to quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioners were tried and acquitted by the Judgment dated 29.07.2022 in S.T.C.No.306 of 2021, which has been challenged in this quash petition. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
