ORDER

The present wit petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the entire records pertaining to the memorandum in Rc.No.A1/0401/2024, dated 23.06.2025 issued by the 3rd respondent.

2.The only challenge raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the Disciplinary Authorities have not served the Enquiry Report to the petitioner, on the other hand they only served the impugned Memorandum of Enquiry.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the 3rd and 4th respondents would fairly submit that they would serve the copy of the Enquiry Report to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5.In such view of the fair submission made by the learned counsels appearing for the respondents, without going to the merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to serve the Enquiry Report to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 01.07.2025 ssi Index : Yes Speaking Order : Yes /No 3/5
