When the matter is listed today under the caption "For Reporting Compliance", the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this Court, vide order dated 01.08.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.12963 of 2025, granted 1/4

time to the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the defacto complainant in two installments on or before 15.09.2025. He further submitted that the petitioners had paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- by way of Demand Draft dated 20.08.2025 to the defacto complainant and he prays two weeks times to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/-. 2.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court grants two weeks time from today to the petitioners to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,50,000/- to the defacto complainant.
