Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for records on the file of the respondents and to quash the impugned notice, dated 15.02.2013, bearing No.Zo.V/RDC/No.ASSR/SPL/201213, in Reference Bill No.05-057-03161-000/02-030-1311-000 issued by the second respondent.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, challenging the notice, dated 15.02.2013, demanding arrears of property tax, for the property owned by the petitioner. 2.

Record of proceedings show that there is no interim order granted by this Court, and after 25.06.2013, the Writ Petition is listed before this Court today for the first time. At the time, when the Writ Petition was entertained, the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

only directed the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Corporation to take notice and get instructions. At this distance of time, it would be unnecessary for the Court to test the correctness of the impugned proceedings, as admittedly, further action would have been taken by the respondent/Corporation, because, there was no stay granted by the Court. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to agitate all issues, as and when the respondent/Corporation issues fresh notice. No costs.
