The above petition is filed to condone the delay of 49 days in filing the appeal.

2. Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent and has no objection for the delay being condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if otherwise in order. The Registry is also directed to print the name of the counsel when the matter is listed for admission.
