Respondent(s) PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the bail condition imposed by this Court that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter every first Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.329 of 2025 dated 10.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28462 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024. ORDER

The petitioner herein who is not complying the condition regularly is now before the Court for relaxation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) states that due to petitioner's irregular compliance final report could not be filed and if the petitioner report before the Investigating Officer for next one week, it will be possible for the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file final report.

3.Taking into the statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the bail condition is modified to the effect that "the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent Police daily from 16.08.2025 for seven days. If there is any breach, the respondent Police is at liberty to secure him and remand to enable him to complete the investigation.
