O R D E R

The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the counselling on 13.08.2019, based on the score card issued by the 1st respondent to the petitioner(Application No.190410600812) under the BC category for admission to the Medical Course under the Management quota for the Academic Year 2019-20.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents.

3. The petitioner herein has not applied for admission under the State quota. In the said circumstances, the observation made by this Court in the earlier W.P.No.16330 of 2019 has no relevance. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
