ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.Velmurugan J.) This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed by the trial Court in S.C.No.130 of 2021 dated 03.03.2023 and enlarge the petitioners herein on bail, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal No.446 of 2024.

2. Since the records have already been received and the typed set of papers are also made ready, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself for final hearing. Hence, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed directing the Registry to list the main appeal for final hearing in the usual course.
