The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 for closure of the Crusher Unit that was to be established by one Thiru.V.S.Senthilkumar.

2. Mr.V.Gunasekar, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, upon instructions, would submit that the application for consent by Mr.V.S.Senthilkumar to establish the Crusher Unit in the name of M/s.Sri Selvakumarasamy and Co. was rejected and therefore, the said unit has not been established.

3. It is stated that the fly ash brick manufacturing owned by Mrs.Geetha in the name of M/s.Selvakumarasamy and Co. is functioning at the adjacent site and there is no complaint against the fly ash brick manufacturing unit.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed as the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed. No costs. The Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board will communicate the proceedings to the petitioner. (R.S.M., J.) (C.K., J.) 09.01.2025 kkn Index: No Speaking 3/5
