This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.7313 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025, that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners 3 to 5 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.7313 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025, that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the petitioners 3 to 5 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation is relaxed.
