ORDER

The petition in Crl.M.P.No.13341 of 2025 has been filed to seeking to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.6 in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025.

2. The petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.13343 of 2025 has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioner for surrender and execute the 1/4

sureties in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2025 dated 11.06.2025 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to the petitioner to execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two blood sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Trial Court" . He further submitted that, none of his relatives are coming forward to offer sureties in favour of the petitioner. Hence, he seeks for modification of the conditions. He further seeks two weeks time to execute the sureties imposed in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2025.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.15203 of 2025 dated 03.04.2025 from the date on which, the order copy made ready, failing which the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand dismissed automatically. In view of the submissions made by the learned 2/4

counsel for the petitioner this Court modifies the above conditions to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute the bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one blood surety and one surety ( out of which, one shall be the petitioner's wife or his family members) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court".

6. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
