The present petition has been filed by the petitioners to o call for the records and quash the charge sheet in C.C. No.215 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Pollachi.

2. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.06.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. When the matter was called up today i.e. 11.06.2018, again there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
