This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17273 of 2022 on 25.07.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions from 12.08.2022 to 27.08.2022.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
