Since the parties are willing to go for trial, these applications are closed. Both the counsels are directed to file affidavit of admission/denial of documents on the next hearing date.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that liberty may be granted to the plaintiff to move interlocutory applications seeking for interim injunction in case trial is getting delayed. Liberty sought for by the plaintiff is granted.

The learned counsel for the defendants submits that he will be representing the written statement which was earlier returned by the Registry. Once it is re-presented, Registry is directed to put up the same in the Court bundle.

Post the matter on 19.01.2024.
