This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8475 of 2025 dated 23.04.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the C2-Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore everyday at 10.30 a.m., except on the hearing dates and before the Trial Court on all hearing dates until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8475 of 2025, dated 23.04.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and report before the C2-Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore everyday at 10.30 a.m., except on the hearing dates and before the Trial Court on all hearing dates until further orders is relaxed.
