This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 07.08.2020 passed in W.P.No.31035 of 2013, on the ground that in the absence of the petitioner herein, the said order was passed.

2. This Court is of the opinion that though notice was served on the petitioner / 3rd respondent, he has not appeared before this Court and therefore on the merits of the case, this Court had disposed the case on 07.08.2020, on the ground that there was a decree in favour of the private respondent / writ petitioner in O.S.No.47/2012, dated 25.07.2013 and issued a direction to the official respondents to settle the arrears of family pension and benefits, if there is no legal impediment.

3. Pursuant to the order of this Court, the 1st respondent has settled the arrears in favour of the private respondent / writ petitioner and hence no further orders are necessary in this petition. However liberty is granted to the petitioner / 3rd respondent to challenge the subsequent order of the official respondent in the manner known to law. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
