This petition has been filed to relax the condition that to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15611 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023 in Crime No.730 of 2023, on the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
