This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filling the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 17.02.2025, passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Polur in Crl.M.P.No.4850 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 16 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
