This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.No.12881 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023 in Crime No.139 of 2023, on the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
