ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2021 for the offence under Section Boy Missing @ 201, 364, 302 of I.P.C., in Cr.No.1328 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner had illegal intimacy with the mother of the deceased and when the same was questioned by the deceased, the petitioner is alleged to have drowned the deceased in a Temple tank and committed murder of the deceased.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.Heard the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

5.Considering the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the offence committed by the petitioner is a heinous offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
