This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to issue patta vide acknowledgment No.TNIGRS/ 2022/ Rural/ 24598323/ 03062022160451 dated 03.06.2022 and acknowledgment No.TNIRGRS/ 2022/ Rural/ 24652695/ 100620221616124 dated 10.06.2022 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time as prescribe by this Court.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the Patta has already been issued to the petitioner by the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also ratifies the same. Page No.2 of 5
