No.101/5A measuring an extent of 20 cents at Melsembedu Village, Thiruvallur Taluk, Thiruvallur (District), except in accordance with due process of law. (ii) Prayer in WP 26663/12:
WRIT OF MANDAMUS direction forbearing the respondents 1 to 4 from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner from agricultural land situated at S.F. No.94/14 measuring an extent of 1 acre 5 cents Sembedu Village Thiruvallur Taluk Thiruvallur (District) except in accordance with due process of law.
(iii) Prayer in WP 30154/12:
WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other Writ, Order or Direction Forbearing the 2nd respondent from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner from agricultural land situated at S.F.No.99/15 measuring an extent of 49 Cents at Sembedu Village Thiruvallur Taluk Thiruvallur District except in accordance with due process of law.
(iv) Prayer in WP 30452/12:
WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other Writ, Order or direction forbearing the 2nd and 3rd respondents from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner from agricultural land situated at S.F. No.101/1B 101/2 measuring an extent of 0.7.00 Hectares and 0.04.0 respectively at Sembedu Village Thiruvallur Taluk Thiruvallur (District) except in accordance with due process of law.
(v) Prayer in WP 30207/12: WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other Writ, Order or direction Forbearing the 2nd respondent from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner from agricultural land situated at S.F.No.99/11 99/12 99/13 measuring an extent of 1 Acre at Sembedu Village Thiruvallur Taluk Thiruvallur District ecept in accordance with due process of law.
(vi) Prayer in WP 30208/12:
To issue WRIT OF MANDAMUS to direction Forbearing the 2nd respondent from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner from agricultural land situated at S.F.No.99/10 measuring an extent of 86 cents at
Sembedu Village Thiruvallur Taluk Thiruvallur District ecept in accordance with due process of law.
(vii) Prayer in WP 30209/12:
WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other Writ, Order or Direction forbearing the 2nd respondent from disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner from agricultural land situated at S.F.No.99/14 measuring an extent of 50 Cents at Sembedu Village Thiruvallur Taluk Thiruvallur District ecept in accordance with due process of law.
