ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This habeas corpus petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Archana, aged about 24 years.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detenue-Archana D/o. Ganesan, married to one Mr. B.Elavarasan S/o. Thiru.Balakrishnan and their marriage was registered on the file of the SubRegistrar, Periamet on 15.04.2024. 3.
The Certificate of Registration of Marriage has been submitted before this Court. The detenue as well as her husband Mr. B.Elavarasan are also present before this Court. They have informed this Court that they are living together in their matrimonial home. The detenue is aged about 24 years. Thus, the allegation that the petitioner's daughter is under illegal detention seems to be incorrect, since she got married and living with her husband Mr. B.Elavarasan, who is temporarily employed in All India Radio, Chennai.
