This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order passed in STC.NO.2659 of 2023 on the file of the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court - II (Magistrate Level), Egmore @ Allikulam dated 06.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 25 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
