This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 136 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused person with the possession of 400 litres of Illicit arrack. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both sides.
