..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to deposit the entire decree amount as directed by this Hon'ble Court in C.M.P.No.14528 of 2004 in A.S.No.966 of 2004, dated 14.09.2004 without deducting tax at source under Section 194LA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 to the credit of the suit in O.S.No.258 of 2000 on the file of the Sub-Court, Dharapuram, Erode District.
