ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.675 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the father of the petitioners. Due to quarrel in respect of partition of family property, the petitioners assaulted the defacto complainant with hands and Scissor. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate raised strong objection stating that the petitioners have harassed and assaulted their own father with Scissor during a quarrel in respect of partition of family property.

5. Considering the nature of offence and the fact that the investigation has not been completed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
