Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.06.2019 and to reinstate the petitioner in service in any non sensitive post with all benefits including continuity of service and pass orders.

The petitioners filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.06.2019 and to reinstate the petitioner in service in any non sensitive post with all benefits including continuity of service.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 08.12.2017. For the purpose of revocation of suspension order, the petitioner made a representation dated 06.06.2019 to the respondents, but till date his representation was not considered by the respondent. Hence the present Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass order on merits and in accordance with law.
4. Mrs. R. Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents conceded with the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances and the limited request made by the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.06.2019 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
