The petitioner filed the writ Petition challenging the order dated 5.11.2005, wherein, the first respondent awarded dealership licence in favour of 2nd respondent under corpus scheme for scheduled caste.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the 1st respondent published advertisement for awarding Retail Outlet Dealership known as Corpus Scheme for Scheduled Caste. The petitioner being a Scheduled Caste candidate applied for the same after satisfying all the norms. Contrary to the guideliens prescribed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the Ministry of Petroleum and Chemicals in 2001, the first respondent selected the 2nd respondent to award the Retail Outlet Dealership in respect of Petrol Bunk at Krishnagiri NH-7 Kondarapalli.

3. Challenging the dealership awarded by the first respondent in favour of 2nd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

4. It appears that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the 2nd respondent entered into a partnership agreement with some third parties. The said partnership agreement was informed to the first respondent. The first respondent recognised the partnership in favour of third parties.

5. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence the same is hereby closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to participate in the future notification, if any, published by the first respondent. No costs.
