These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 185 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Heard Mr.S.P. Yuvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/claimant.

3. Mr.J. Chandran, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent Insurance Company, did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 185 days in filing the above appeals is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order, and print the name of Mr.J. Chandran as counsel for the second respondent at the time of admission.
