No.1388, issued by the Housing and Urban Development Department, first respondent, and quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 4 to hand over the possession of the Plot 20 (HIG-II) in Phase 15 of the Hosur Housing Unit to the petitioner after receiving the initial deposit.
