This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8502 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. It is seen that the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed in C.C.No.6662 of 2022, before the Sub-Court, CCB and CBCID, Egmore, and thereby seek for modification of condition.

5. Taking into consideration, the investigation has been completed and the case has been taken up on the file of the Sub-Court, CCB CBCID, Egmore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8502 of 2021 dated 16.06.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.

6. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
