This application has been filed seeking an amendment in A.No.3267 of 2021. A.No.3267 of 2021 had been filed seeking amendment of the plaint and that had been ordered on 09.06.2025. Among the amendments were to introduce further documents in the Judges Summons in A.No.3267 of 2021. The additional documents sought to be marked were given in Sl.Nos.49 to 56. 2.By this application / A.No.3437 of 2025, it is sought that the said serial numbers may be further amended to Sl.Nos.52 to 59 since along with the plaint 51 documents had already been filed. Since this amendment is only to rectify the procedural error, this application stands allowed. 3.The learned counsel to carry out necessary amendment in the list of documents to the plaint by including the new documents from Sl.Nos.52 to 59. Two weeks time is granted for that purpose.
