Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to calling for records relating to the impugned order in the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.no. A4/4162/2007 dated 24.7.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to allow the application to set aside the ex-parte order along with the condone delay petition and permti the petitioner to defend his case.
