O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for entire records in pursuant of the First Information Report registered in Cr.No.1104 of 2012 dated 16.08.2012 pending on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.1104 of 2012, after completion of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Poonamallee on 14.12.2016 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.1104 of 2012, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
