During the earlier hearing on 02.09.2025, Application No. 3256 of 2025 has been allowed with the following condition:- "

5. In view of the same, this petition is allowed on the condition to the applicants pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- to the plaintiffs on or before 10.09.2025."

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, a memo dated 09.09.2025 has been filed stating that condition has been complied with and the memo is taken on record.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this application.

4. Registry is directed to list application to set aside the exparte decree after a week.
