On 22.10.2025 this Court has passed the following order: " 9. Considering the earnest submission of the applicants especially the nature of the decree which would bind the 5th applicant /5th defendant personally, I feel one opportunity may be given to the applicants provided to pay atleast Rs.20,00,000/- [Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only] to the credit of the decree within a period of three(3) weeks along with costs of Rs.10,000/- by 12.11.2025. Insofar as the part payment towards the decree amount is concerned, which can be without prejudice to the contention that might be made by the applicants while contesting the suit. Insofar as the costs is concerned, it is irrespective of the result of the suit, as it is paid to the counsel for the respondent/ plaintiff."

2. Today a memo has been filed stating that the order has been complied. The respondent / plaintiff has also made an endorsement that the order has been complied.
