This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 350 days in filing the criminal revision against the order in Crl.M.P.No.55435 of 2023 dated 20.03.2024 passed by the learned Metropolitan magistrate, CCB and CBCID Cases, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate Crl.Side for 1st respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 350 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
