2.This Civil Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 298 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the Appellant and perused the records.
4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 298 days is condoned.
5.Registry is directed to number the main Civil miscellaneous appeal and list the same for admission. Registry is directed to print the name of Ms.Ramya V Rao, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 5 at the time of admission.
6.It is made clear that for the period of delay of 298 days, the appellant will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal. 7.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to serve the papers immediately on the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5.
