This petition is filed to condone the delay of 106 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Ms.J.Joyce Lydia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Vijayakumar, learned counsel for the respondent.

Though the learned counsel appearing for the respondent strongly opposed this petition for condoning the delay of 106 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal, having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition for such delay caused, we are inclined to accept the petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
