The present application has been filed to amend the name of 20th Respondent/ Defendant as Ms.Priya instead of Ms.Bhanumathi in Plaint C.S.No.217 of 2024; to amend the name of 20th Respondent/ Defendant as Ms.Priya instead of Ms.Bhanumathi in Judges Summons and Affidavit in A.N.No1755 in C.S.No.217 of 2024 and to amend the name of 20th Respondent/ Defendant as Ms.Priya instead of Ms.Bhanumathi in Judges Summons and Affidavit in OA.No.679 of 2024 in C.S.No.217 of 2024.

2.Mr.L.Dhamodharan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that he has no objection in allowing these applications.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 has no objection in allowing these applications, the applications in A.No.3439, 3440 & 3441 of 2025 in C.S.No.217 of 2024 are ordered as prayed for. 23.07.2025 (1/3) kak Note: Necessary amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks.
