PRAYER:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry, to cancel the fraudulent patta and to issue the Patta by considering petitioner Representation dated 12.04.2025 based on the decree order passed in OS. This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry, to cancel the fraudulent patta and to issue the Patta by considering petitioner Representation dated 12.04.2025 based on the decree order passed in OS. No 2120/ 1997 dated 06.12.2004 in accordance with law to secure the end of justice. 2/4

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.04.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
