The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Cr.No.261/2013 of Pallipalayam Police Station had been concluded and a final report in PRC.No.8/2016 was also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirchengode. He would further contend that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
