ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 01.05.2025 and not to interfere/obstruct the petitioner from cultivating the subject lands.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the HR & CE Department has nothing to do with the agricultural lands and it is more a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. 3.In the light of the above stand taken by the Department, it is made clear that there will be no obstruction or interference by respondents 1 to 3 with respect to the agricultural lands belonging to the petitioner. If at all there is any obstruction/interference by the private respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to workout the remedy before the competent civil court.
