2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.4879 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.591 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
