Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent herein to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2021 made to the respondents, for issuance of joint patta in respect of property bearing Town Survey No.319, situated at Old Block No.7, New Block No.8, Ward No.2, situated at Thiruvannamalai Town, to an extent of 900 sq.fts in petitioner's favour.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2021 to issue a joint patta in respect of the property comprised in Town Survey No.319, to an extent of 900 sq.fts situated at Old Block No.7, New Block No.8, Ward No.2, Thiruvannamalai Town.

2. Heard, Mr.M.Prabakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.L.P.Mourya, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the counter parties, if any and after giving them opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
