These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 731 days in setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, namely, J.Balavenkatraman; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant, J.Balavenkatraman; and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant J.Balavenkatraman as appellants 2 to 4 in the above cross objection.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 3.Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out.
