By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner claims that he purchased an extent of 25.00 acres of Punja land in S.No.22, situated at Kattunayakanahalli Village, Dharmapuri District through a registered Sale Deed bearing Doc.No.424/2011, dated 09.02.2011, registered on the file of the Office of the Subhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Registrar, Pennagaram and claims to be in possession and enjoyment of the same, right from the date of purchase. The petitioner would further state that the predecessor of the petitioner in title, was issued with patta no.198 and after his purchase, he approached the respondents in the form of representation/ application dated 22.07.2016 to measure and fix the boundaries and since no orders have been passed, come forward to file this Writ Petition.

3. Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. Though the petitioner prays for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 3 and 4 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation/ application dated 22.07.2016, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the persons concerned and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the persons concerned.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
